This is an extension of L8 Elev8 dedicated to blue collar families.

We are Jack and Chelsea — partners in life, work, and raising two incredible kids. As a blue collar family, we know firsthand how demanding it can be to juggle job sites and school pick-ups, overtime and bedtime stories. The work doesn’t stop when the clock does, and neither does the heart we pour into our homes.

Change Order Supply Company was born out of this balance — or, honestly, the ongoing effort to find it. In the trades, a change order shifts the plan. It’s unexpected, but necessary. That’s what home life is like too: always evolving, always demanding your best, even when plans change.

This line is for the families like ours — the dads who show up early, stay late, and still make time for Friday night traditions and Sunday morning pancakes. & the strong moms who hold it down behind the scenes who keeping the coffee hot, the kids grounded, and the house full of love when life gets heavy. We wanted to create something that reflects that life: raw, resilient, and real.
